Students received college readiness programming through GEAR UP (“Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programming”).
Students placed in internships were supported with gas cards, job specific clothing, fees for certifications, interview workshops, and job networking events with additional support for homeless students.
Students attended presentations on college and career planning and participated in peer-to-peer mediation training.
Funded real-world work experiences for high school culinary arts, horticulture, and video tech programs.
