Scholarships For VPS Students

With the high cost of post-secondary education, scholarships are a critical resource for our students. The Foundation manages several donor-designated scholarships (listed below).

The Community Foundation for Southwest Washington offers over 30 different scholarships to local students, including several specifically for high school graduates from the Vancouver School District. Please visit their website for more information.

Aaron Eccleston Memorial Scholarship

$1,000 to a graduating senior who has interest in instrumental music

Golden Graduate Scholarship

$1,500 to a graduating AVID senior at Columbia River High School

Bob Heck Memorial Scholarship

$1,000 to a graduating senior who played football at Columbia River High School

Esparza Scholarship

Two $2,500 scholarships for students who have participated in the Drumline Program.

Timothy Cameron Memorial Scholarship

One $2,000 scholarship to provide tuition assistance for a Hudson’s Bay High School student to attend an accredited two-year community college or four-year college or university. Download Instructions and Scholarship Application..
