Social-Emotional Health & Well Being

Funds support VPS initiatives focused on attendance, student engagement, and truancy to help students avoid expulsion and stay on track to graduate. Funding also supports VPS staff focused on health and wellness of students.

Examples of impact during the 2024-2025 School Year:

• $12,000+ for therapeutic tools, games, and supplies for in-school therapy
• $17,000+ for Positive Behavior Incentive Supports, which increased attendance and improved school performance for students
