A gift of your life insurance policy is an excellent way to make a gift to the Foundation for VPS. If you have a life insurance policy that has outlasted its original purpose, consider making a gift of your insurance policy to the Foundation. For example, you may have purchased a policy to provide for minor children and they are now financially independent adults.
This is general information we are happy to discuss further. We do however recommend you review your charitable gifting plans with your financial advisor, tax professional, and/or estate attorney, to best understand how a charitable gifting strategy could benefit you.
