An initiative of the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools, Write From the Start is supported by many community partners including presenting sponsor, Dick Hannah Dealerships and media sponsor, KOIN 6.

Over 49% of VPS students qualify for subsidized meals, a Federal poverty indicator, with some schools at 86%. Donations to our WFTS School Supply Drive help over 11,000 students in 40 schools start the year with the supplies they need to succeed.
